FruitCraft vendors will be added to a quote for all new bookings
beginning April 20th,2022.
Existing clients will have until July 1st, 2022 to provide FruitCraft with their list of
vendors or default to FruitCraft vendors. All outside vendors must provide proof of
insurance, and sign an acknowledgement of FruitCraft policies and client specific
timeline.
DIY clients and set up helpers must sign an acknowledgement of FruitCraft services, and
client specific timelines.

FruitCraft does not have a venue fee and therefore does not provide any additional venue
time rentals on a complimentary basis.
Clients who would like to add additional time for vendor requirements, ceremony or DIY
needs must add additional venue rental times at the below rates.

SERVICE CHARGES, SALES TAX & PAYMENT
All food, beverage, any charges and service charges are subject to sales tax per the State of
California and the City of San Diego. The current rate is 7.75%. In addition, an 18% service fee
will be applied to all food and beverages and the fee list ordered.
In the event that the host elects to have a hosted bar, the 18% service fee will be applied to the
additional purchases beyond the previously ordered food and beverages.
The service charge is comprehensive and is utilized as a gratuity for our service staff and is
applied to other operating expenses. No additional gratuity will be charged by FruitCraft.
