If you should need assistance or wish to report
intolerable behavior, please contact an Acrisure
Stadium team member, police ofcer, or you
may go to any Guest Services Room located
inside the stadium.

Season ticket holders and fans are responsible for their
conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons
occupying their seats.
Any fan who violates these provisions will be subject to ejection
without refund and potential loss of future ticket privileges.
We want all fans attending our events to enjoy
the experience in a responsible fashion. When
attending an event you are required to refrain

Responsibility Has Its Rewards
The Responsibility Has Its Rewards® campaign promotes
trafc safety, positive fan behavior, responsible alcohol
consumption, and the designated driver program,
sponsored by Aramark. Guests interested in participating
should visit kiosks inside entry gates B & C for more
information. On game day, each registrant is entered into a
prize giveaway, announced at the end of the 3rd quarter.
Club Lounges
• Guests must have a valid UPMC Club, West Club,
or Suite Ticket to enter the UPMC Club or West Club.
Suite, UPMC Club or West Club Lounge Tickets do
not have access to the North Club Lounge or PNC
Champions Club.
• Guests with North Club Lounge or PNC Champions
Club tickets do not have access to UPMC Club, West
Club Lounges, or Suites.
• Merchandise stands are located in the UPMC Club, West
Club, North Club, and PNC Champions Club Lounges.

• The Steelers Pro Shop at Gate B
(accessible from inside the FedEx Great Hall during
Steelers home games and from Art Rooney Ave, open 7
days a week, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM on non-game days)

Guests will also nd approximately 18 portable merchandise
locations and 4 program stands located throughout Acrisure
Stadium and exterior areas, including Club Lounges.
Suites
The Suite Level can be accessed from the PNC Champions
Club, 300 and 400 levels. Guests must have a valid Suite
Ticket to access those levels and the Luxury Suite.

Family/Special Needs restrooms are located in the
following areas to accommodate guests. Each is equipped
with baby changing stations.

Attractions
Access/Admission
All guests must have a valid event ticket to enter
Acrisure Stadium.
If a guest with a valid ticket for a Pittsburgh Steelers game
arrives with a baby in arms (without a ticket for the baby),
please direct that guest to Ticketmaster.com on their mobile
device. If a guest requires further assistance, please direct that
guest to the Ticket Ofce on Art Rooney Ave.
Children under 1 are permitted without a ticket for Pitt games
only. If a child is over the age of 1, please direct that guest to
the Steelers Ticket Ofce to purchase a ticket.
All Pitt students must enter through Gate C and provide both
their game ticket and student ID card for admittance.
Guests arriving after halftime for Pittsburgh Steelers games may
enter Gate B, which will be open the entire game.
Guests arriving after halftime for Pitt games may enter any of
the main entrances; all will be open the entire game.
Once guests enter Acrisure Stadium, they may not exit and then
re-enter, except in the case of an emergency. If this occurs,
guests must proceed to the Guest Services Kiosk at Gate B,
located in the Northeast corner of the FedEx Great Hall for
authorization to exit and return. (Ex: Death or medical emergency)
Alcohol Policy
Guests of Acrisure Stadium must be 21 years or older to
purchase/consume alcoholic beverages. ARAMARK reserves the
right to check proof of legal drinking age. There is a maximum
of two (2) beers per purchase at all concession stands. For
Steelers and Panthers games, alcohol sales in the seating bowl
will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter. As well,
for Steelers games, guests may carry wine and spirits on the
general concourse areas but are not permitted to carry-in or
remove from a club/suite location. ARAMARK has the right to
discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time during an event.
Drop Off/Pick Up
For guests’ convenience, two accessible drop-offs are available.
Drop-off areas are located at the intersection of Art Rooney
Avenue and Reedsdale Street at the Northeast corner by Gate B
and North Shore Drive at the Southwest Corner, directly across
from the Carnegie Science Center.
Lost and Found
For non-contact assistance on event day, guests can report
a lost item by calling or texting (412) 697-7766 with your
location and issue.
Re-Entry Policy
Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Acrisure Stadium. In the
case of a medical emergency, please proceed to the Guest
Services Kiosk at Gate B.
Security Guidelines
Guests at Acrisure Stadium are asked to cooperate with security
personnel to ensure the safety of all guests. In addition, fans
that wear or bring heavy clothing, jackets, or blankets may
be asked to open such items for inspection and hand metal
detection searches. The following items are not permitted:
• Any type of non-clear
bag exceeding 4.5” x
6.5” in size, including
purses, handbags, camera
or binocular cases,
backpacks, fanny packs,
diaper bags, briefcases,
luggage and
computer bags.
• Apparel or signage
displaying profane or
abusive language
• Alcoholic beverages
• Balls of any kind, including
full size footballs
• Banners/signs on poles
• Battery operated items
• Cans, coolers of any
type, glass bottles or
thermoses
• Laser pointers
• Noisemakers
• Selfie Sticks
• Single purpose video
cameras or still-
photography cameras
with a lens longer than 6”
• Strollers or seat cushions
• Weapons/any item that
may deemed to be a
projective
• Any other item
deemed dangerous or
inappropriate
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after
proper inspection; however, all items that do not pass security
must be returned to vehicles.
Acrisure Stadium is NOT responsible for items left at gates.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at Acrisure Stadium. This includes all
vapor and electronic cigarettes.
Stadium Wi-Fi
All guests throughout the building are able to access free
Wi-Fi. To connect to the complimentary Acrisure Stadium
public wireless internet, select ‘Acrisure Stadium Public’
on your device.

Wheelchair Availability
Acrisure Stadium has a limited number of wheelchairs
available for use during events. Generally, these can be
obtained at the Guest Service Locations located at Stadium
Gates and Guests Service 104 located near the FedEx Great
Hall. You will be required to deposit your driver’s license in order
to use a wheelchair.
Guests looking to store a walker or wheelchair may do so at
the Guest Services Room closest to their ticketed seat.
