Fair Letter to Employers
Dear Employer:
The Office of Career Services at Grambling State University invites you to participate in
our Career Fairs. The Fairs are the Annual Lonnie Smith Career Fair, Spring Career,
Educational, and Professional Graduate Fair, Annual Athletes Fair, and our Internship
Fair. We also have Academic Fairs for the various Departments on campus.
The Fairs are open to students and recent graduates. Grambling state University offers 64
Academic programs that are delivered through four colleges. (Arts and Sciences,
Business, Education, and Professional Studies.) We also must include our Graduate
Studies and Research area. To learn more about our Academic programs, please visit this

University and students.
Grambling state University is the country’s top producers of African American
graduates.
Grambling State University is the top producer of Computer Information Science
grades in Louisiana.
Grambling State University houses graduate level Sports Administration
programs.
Grambling State University has one of the largest Criminal Justice Departments in
the region.
Grambling State University has been a recipient of the President’s Higher
Education Community Service Honor Roll Award for several consecutive years.

“Participant Registration”, next to Fair that you wish to attend. You are also asked to
send an email, denoting that you will attend as well. Please send email to
Registration fees to participate in the Fairs are $250.00, with the exception of the
Internship Fair for $100.00.

• Each registration includes 1 table with 2 chairs & Lunch for 2 representatives. Additional reps
will be charged $25 each.
• To register for these events, go to: https://grambling-csm.symplicity.com/employers and log in. If
you do not have a log in, simply register with our system, it’s free and you can post jobs anytime.
• Click on the Career Fair & Events tab at the top
• In order to participate in the Lonnie Smith and the Athletes Fair, please check both boxes on the
registration form.
