PAYMENT/INSURANCE/REQUIREMENTS
Scheduling Fee
An $800.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of scheduling for packages #1 & #2.
This will not be refunded for any reason. Package #3 will be paid in full at time of booking.
Damage Deposit
A $500.00 damage, clean up, and overtime deposit is required with the final payment (this is not part of
the package fee). This is refundable within 7 days after the event if there is no excessive cleaning,
damage to the property, or overtime resulting from your event.
Event Liability Insurance
We require an Event Liability Insurance policy naming “Rustic Meadows” as additional insured on the
policy. The policy will be in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and must be provided
to Rustic Meadows with final payment 30 days before the scheduled event.
This insurance may be obtained through WedSafe.com, directeventinsurance.com or by an insurance
agency of your choice.
You must provide a Washington State Banquet Permit for every event. Banquet Permits are available
online at http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits. A copy of the Banquet Permit must be provided
10 days before the event.
Licensed and Insured Bartender. Due to safety concerns, alcohol may not be served past 8:30 p.m. We
strongly recommend your guests to have designated drivers.
Licensed and Insured Caterer & vendors. Documents needed 10 days prior to the event.
Clean-up must be included.
CHILDREN: We believe your children should be able to join you in these events but we ask that they be
in the company of an adult at all times for their safety and to help keep the venue nice.
SMOKING: We are a non-smoking facility but we have designated smoking areas outside for you and
your guests. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house. Thank you!
