PACKAGE #1
THE FULL WEDDING (4 days):
This package is $5,000.00. This includes an $800.00 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your
date. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. A $500.00 damage/cleaning deposit is
required with final payment (this is not part of the package fee). This is refundable within 7 days after
the event if everything is found in order.
We have a $500.00 discount for winter weddings (November through April).
This package includes:
Maximum 200 in attendance.
Barn and/or outdoor reception areas available.
Ample parking.
Use of facility for 4 days. Use of facility for 4 days (from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. day of the
event). No music after 9:00 p.m. Clean up by 12:00 pm on the final day.
Rehearsal to be scheduled for Thursday or Friday prior to Wedding. No rehearsal dinner.
Twenty-five 60-inch round tables and 300 chairs.
Eight 8-foot rectangle tables and Six 6-foot rectangle tables.
Black and/or White Linens for tables. Colors available for rent.
100 cup coffee maker.
Three 3-gallon beverage dispensers.
Large holding tub for drinks.
Bride and bridesmaids/Groom and Groomsmen dressing rooms in house (for wedding party
only)
Set up and take down of facility tables and chairs.

The ELOPEMENT:
This package is $3,500.00. This includes NO prior day rehearsal, 100 attendants maximum and use of
the facility between 10 am and 10 pm. Overtime rates are $150 per hour. This package includes a
$800.00 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your date. The final payment is due 30 days prior to
the event. A $500.00 overtime/damage/cleaning deposit is required with final payment (not part of
the package payment). This fee is refundable within seven days after the event if everything is found in
order.

Chairs & Tables. Available Décor.
Set up and take down of tables and chairs.
Linens are NOT included in this package. They are available for rent. Ask for details.

Hourly Rate:
This package has an hourly rate of $500.00. This includes NO prior day rehearsal, 100 attendants
maximum and use of the facility between 10 am and 8 pm (4 hours maximum). This package requires
full payment to secure your date. A $500.00 overtime/damage/cleaning deposit is required with the
payment (not part of the package payment). This fee is refundable within seven days after the event if
everything is found in order.

PAYMENT/INSURANCE/REQUIREMENTS
Scheduling Fee
An $800.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of scheduling for packages #1 & #2.
This will not be refunded for any reason. Package #3 will be paid in full at time of booking.
Damage Deposit
A $500.00 damage, clean up, and overtime deposit is required with the final payment (this is not part of
the package fee). This is refundable within 7 days after the event if there is no excessive cleaning,
damage to the property, or overtime resulting from your event.
Event Liability Insurance
We require an Event Liability Insurance policy naming Rustic Meadows” as additional insured on the
policy. The policy will be in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and must be provided
to Rustic Meadows with final payment 30 days before the scheduled event.
This insurance may be obtained through WedSafe.com, directeventinsurance.com or by an insurance
agency of your choice.
You must provide a Washington State Banquet Permit for every event. Banquet Permits are available
online at http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits. A copy of the Banquet Permit must be provided
10 days before the event.
Licensed and Insured Bartender. Due to safety concerns, alcohol may not be served past 8:30 p.m. We
strongly recommend your guests to have designated drivers.
Licensed and Insured Caterer & vendors. Documents needed 10 days prior to the event.
Clean-up must be included.
CHILDREN: We believe your children should be able to join you in these events but we ask that they be
in the company of an adult at all times for their safety and to help keep the venue nice.
SMOKING: We are a non-smoking facility but we have designated smoking areas outside for you and
your guests. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house. Thank you!
