Maximum Mold Release Wax

Overview:

M0811V3 Maximum Mold Release Wax is a costly blend

of imported waxes specially formulated to provide the

maximum number of releases per application. M0811V3 is

formulated to provide the applicator the easiest to use wipe

on and wipe oﬀ experience allowing the optimum thickness

of wax on the mold surface. M0811V3 does not appear to

haze and can be wiped oﬀ 1-10 minutes after application

Direction for Use:

1. Mold surfaces should be cleaned to remove any previous

waxes, sealers, compounds or other surface contam-

inants. A mild polish may be required to remove any

previous semi-permanent sealers or release agents.

Afterwards use MG380 Mold Cleaner.

2. For best results, use an applicator sponge to apply and

a micro ﬁ ber towel to wipe oﬀ .

3. For new molds or plugs apply three (3) to six (6) coats of

M0811V3. M0811V3 does not appear to haze and can

be wiped oﬀ with a micro ﬁ ber towel 1-10 minutes after

application.

4. Allow 15-30 minutes between applications/coats

5. If M0811V3 is being used on a new mold or plug, it is

recommended that PVA be used over M0811V3 for the

ﬁ rst one (1) or two (2) molding cycles

6. After the ﬁ rst two (2) molding cycles, apply one (1) more

coat of M0811V3. Under optimal conditions it is now pos-

sible to achieve multiple releases before a new application

of M0811V3 is required.

Precautions

Keep away from heat, sparks, open ﬂ ames, and hot surfac-

es. No Smoking. Ground or bond container and receiving

equipment. Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting

equipment. Avoid breathing vapors. Use only outdoors or in a

well-ventilated area. Contaminated work clothing must not be

allowed out of the workplace. Store in a well-ventilated place.

Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up. Dispose of

contents or container in accordance with applicable local reg-

ulations. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

First Aid:

If Inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable

for breathing. If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water.

If on skin: irritation or rash occurs: Get medical attention.

Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Call a Poison

Storage and Handling:

Reseal the lid after each use. Store in a cool, dry place.

Use in a well-ventilated area. Consult SDS prior to use.
