NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax
is a premium blend of imported waxes specially formulated
to provide the maximum number of releases per applica-
tion. Especially useful on plugs, new molds, and tooling.

Maximum Mold Release
Wax is formulated to provide the applicator a very easy to
use wipe on and wipe o experience allowing the optimum
thickness of wax on the mold surface. After hazing it is ex-
tremely easy to wipe o reducing the time required to apply
and wipe o compared to other wax release agents.

Uses
MIRACLE GLOSS
TM
NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax is
used to release GRP, FRP, and other composite applications.
Directions for Use
Recommended Procedure
1.
For highest quality parts, proceed with progressive abra-
sives up to P2500 followed by Machine Cleaner, Machine
Glaze, and MIRACLE GLOSS
TM
Mold Cleaner followed by one
(1) or two (2) applications of MIRACLE GLOSS
TM
Mold Sealer.
2. For best results, use an applicator sponge to apply and a
micro ber towel to wipe o.
3. For new molds or plugs apply three (3) to six (6) coats of
MIRACLE GLOSS
TM
NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax
allowing each coat to haze up before wiping o with a micro
ber towel. The sooner the wax is removed after hazing the
easier it is to remove.

Allow 15-30 minutes between applications/coats.

If MIRACLE GLOSS
TM
NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax
is being used on a new mold or plug, it is recommended that
PVA be used over the MIRACLE GLOSS
TM
NO. 8 2.0 Maximum
Mold Release for the rst one (1) or two (2) molding cycles.

After the rst two (2) molding cycles, apply one (1) more
coat of MIRACLE GLOSS
TM
NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release
Wax. Under optimal conditions it is now possible to achieve
multiple releases before a new application of MIRACLE
GLOSS
TM
NO. 8 2.0 Maximum Mold Release Wax is required.
Precautions
Keep away from heat, sparks, open ames, and hot surfaces.
No Smoking. Ground or bond container and receivingequip-
ment. Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting
equipment. Avoid breathing vapors. Use only outdoors or in
a well-ventilated area. Contaminated work clothing must not
be allowed out of the workplace. Store in a well-ventilated
place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up. Dispose
of contents or container in accordance with applicable local
regulations. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
First Aid
If Inhaled: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable
for breathing. If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
If on skin: irritation or rash occurs: Get medical attention.
Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Call a Poison

Storage and Handling
This product contains ammable solvents. Reseal the
lid after each use. Store in a cool, dry place. Use in a
well-ventilated area. Consult SDS prior to use. Shelf life is
36 months from date of manufacture
