In person attendees will be provided with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea Monday 13 to

Thursday 16, May and morning tea on Friday 17 May.

Attendees booked at Warsaw Marriott via the booking link will be provided breakfast as part of the

booking. Attendees staying at the Warsaw Marriott for a minimum of 3 nights, during the dates of the

meeting and book through web link provided are eligible for the discounted registration rate.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be informed in writing to MTG Events Pty Ltd, the Meeting Managers via email.

Cancellations received:

Cancellations by April 05, 2024, will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations after April 05 and until May 03, 2024, will incur a US$150.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations after May 03, 2024, is not eligible for a refund.

Conditions of Registration

 Session registrations are not transferable to another individual or to another IEEE 802 session.

 Individuals who attend the Interim Session, any part, must register for the full session and pay the

required fees.

 All registration fees must be paid in full in order to receive your name badge and entry into sessions.

 If you register to attend in person, but attend virtually, the fee diﬀerence will be required (attendance

changes must be in writing and submitted prior to May 3, 2024. All changes after May 3, 2024 will incur

an additional US$100 fee)

BOOKING DEADLINE: APRIL 09, 2024, AT 5PM CENTRAL EUROPE TIME

The deadline for booking your accommodation at the specially discounted rate for IEEE

delegates at the Warsaw Marriott is April 09, 2024. Bookings made after April 09, 2024 will be

based on the hotels availability and rate of the day. The discounted rate negotiated for

attendees of the IEEE 802 Wireless Interim Session 2024 will NOT be available.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE RESERVATION FORM:

Please read this BEFORE booking your room: The online Marriott reservation web page allows

bookings for May 09-19, 2024 and offers the Standard Room SG/DBL, with the option for 1 or

2 occupants. The Group Rate will be offered for the extended period of May 07-23, 2024,

subject to availability.

If you wish to book one of the other room types shown in the table below or wish to include

dates outside the range of May 09-19, 2024 then you must contact the reservation

 Prices are listed per room per night and are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN)

 Rates are exclusive of local taxes and will be subject to an additional 8% VAT

 Bed and breakfast rates include breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi in the room

 If you wish to book a suite, Government rate or additional person please contact the hotel directly and

quote IEEE, as only the Standard Room is able to be booked online.

 A group Rate has been negotiated for IEEE 802 Interim delegates and are the lowest rates oﬀered during

the Meeting Dates, with the exception of government rates, air crew rates, negotiated corporate

discounts, weekend rates and internet rates oﬀered less than 72 hours prior to the ﬁrst day of the

Meeting. Should lower rates be oﬀered by the Hotel (excluding the above-referenced categories), the

rate shall be honoured.

 Rate Extension: The Group Rate will be oﬀered for the extended period of May 07-23, 2024, subject to

availability.

Conditions of Registration

Deadline for Accommodation Booking

The deadline for booking your accommodation at the Warsaw Marriott is April 09, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Central

European Time. Please make sure you book your hotel room prior to this date. Bookings after this date will be

based on the hotels availability.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be provided for those staying at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel. Should breakfast be taken in the

bedroom, the prevailing menu price plus service charge will apply.

Change of Booking

Any changes to a reservation must be notified directly to the Warsaw Marriott Hotel.

Check in and Check out Times

Check in time is 16:00 and check out is at 12:00 noon. Early check in and late check outs are subject to

availability.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel and/or make changes up to 72 hours in advance of your first booked date without penalty. After

that you will be charged for your entire stay. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should

you choose to depart early, a departure fee may be charged.

Visa Information

If you would like to request a Visa Invitation Letter for your trip to Warsaw, please indicate

this when you register for the meeting on the online registration form. Near the end of the

online registration form there is an option to request a Visa Invitation letter to be created and

sent to you.

Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Visitors entering Warsaw, Poland are bounded by the Schengen Agreement, in which Poland

is a part of. For citizens coming from Schengen-member countries, no visa is required to

enter Warsaw, but national ID must be ready to show at all times. Three months (90 days) is

the allowable stay for tourists only.
