Installation instructions
FIRESTOP APPROVAL NOTES:
1: RIR = Regulatory Information Report, which relates to Australian Standards:
• Fire Tests in accordance with AS 1530.4-2005
• Assessments in accordance with AS 4072.1-2005

Clean the opening to be sealed. The material around the opening must be dry,
in sound condition and free from dust or grease.
Pack mineral wool. Leave sufcient depth for applying
Hilti Firestop Intumescent Sealant CP 611A..
Apply CP 611A. Apply to the required depth in order to obtain the desired re rating.
Making sure CFS-IS contacts all surfaces to provide maximum adhesion.
Smooth CP 611A. Smooth before the skin forms using water and a spatula.
Leave completed seal undisturbed for 48 hours.
For maintenance reasons, a penetration seal could be permanently marked
with an installation plate.

CP 611A along the cables/conduits see RIR.
