Online Purchases:
Visit peacecenter.org/Hamilton on a computer, tablet, or smart phone on your Peacekeeper level’s presale day before
9:29 AM. (If using the Peace Center app on a tablet or smart phone, find Hamilton under Upcoming Events. You will be
connected to the Hamilton event page to select a date. From there, the following steps will apply).
• You will be able to enter a virtual waiting room.
At 9:29 AM, everyone who is in the waiting room will be randomly assigned a place in the queue.
THIS PROCESS IS RANDOM. THERE IS NO ADVANTAGE TO ARRIVING EARLY, AS LONG AS YOU ARE
THERE BEFORE 9:30 AM.
• After 9:30 AM, new people coming into the waiting room will be added to the end of the queue.
The waiting room browser tab will say Queue It, and the address bar will say peacecenter.queue-it.net.
Do not be concerned that it doesn’t say peacecenter.org. You’re in the right place!
You can enter your email address to be notified when it’s your turn to purchase. The email will come from
[email protected]. From the time the email is sent, you’ll have 10 minutes to access the site to begin
your purchase, so make sure you check your spam filter as well as your inbox.
Once you place a ticket in your cart, you will have 13 minutes to complete your transaction. If you miss your window,
you will have to start again at the end of the queue.
If you have eight tickets in your cart, you won’t be able to look for different seats unless
you remove them from your cart.
The name and address on the credit card you use to purchase tickets must
match the name and address on your Peace Center account. Gift cards,
including Peace Center gift cards, will not be accepted.
• A handling fee will apply for online sales.

DON’T GET SCAMMED
The Peace Center Box Office, its phone center, the Peace Center app and peacecenter.org
are the only official retail outlets for tickets to the Greenville engagement of Hamilton.
Other sites have been listing tickets for months. These are likely speculative – the broker lists
tickets with the hope that they’ll be able to secure them later and sell for a profit. You can usually
tell that a ticket broker sale is speculative because it won’t include a specific row and seat number.
• Please know that no physical tickets have been distributed yet.
If you purchase tickets from a vendor other than the Peace Center, we won’t be able to
replace lost or stolen tickets, and your ticket might not be legitimate.
