Page 3
• Group (s)/Counselor – Select a checkbox for each group name and/or counselor (or
select ALL for everyone) to determine the students the data will be generated for.
• Term Code – Select one or more terms (Example: A-Track Fall)
• Grading Period – Select a checkbox for one or more grading periods within the
selected term.
• District Course Nbr – A list of district courses from the school’s active catalog will
display based on prior parameters entered; select a checkbox for one or more courses
to display on the report. The default is set to select ALL courses.
• Sort By – Select either by Student/Class Period or Teacher/Class Period.
• Schedule – Select either Full or Minimum schedule
o Minimum Schedule – Returns only classes that meet the selected criteria.
o Full Schedule – Returns entire schedule of students who meet the selected criteria.
NOTE: Search results will ONLY display class sections for which grades/marks were
entered, regardless of the schedule option selected.
o If the Sort By value selected for the previous parameter was Teacher/Class Period,
Minimum Schedule is the only option available for this parameter.
o If the Sort By value selected for the previous parameter was Student/Class Period,
both choices are available.
• Report Title – Type a name for the report (Counseling List is the system default value).
The next few parameters allow users to select specific values for the marks to be displayed on the
report. A maximum of two academic grades can be selected. In the example illustrated in this job
aid, a user would like to view all students with a D or F in the selected course subjects.
• ACAD Grade Value 1 – Select the first academic grade value from the drop down list.
In this example, D was selected.
• ACAD Grade Nbr 1 – Select to determine the minimum number of the selected
academic grade a student should have. In this example, 1 was selected. The report
will include all identified students with at least one D.
• ACAD Grade Value 2 – Either select the second academic grade value from the drop
down list, or leave minimum number at Null to generate the report for only one grade.
In this example, F was selected.
• ACAD Grade Nbr 2 – Select to determine the minimum number of the selected
academic grade a student should have. In this example, 1 was selected. The report
will include all identified students with at least one F.
• W.H. Grade Value 1 – Select to identify a specific mark value for work habits. In this
example, the value was left at Null, which will include all students that have a D or F,
regardless of their work habits mark.
• Minimum W.H. Grade Nbr 1 – Select to determine the minimum number of the
selected work habits mark a student should have. Based on the prior parameter
selection, this value defaults to Null.
• COOP Grade Value 1 - Select to identify a specific mark value for cooperation. In
this example, the value was left at Null, which will include all students that have a D or
F, regardless of the cooperation mark.
• Minimum COOP Grade Nbr 1 - Select to determine the minimum number of the
selected cooperation mark a student should have. Based on the prior parameter
selection, this value defaults to Null.
