• Must be at least 18 years of age to purchase ticket(s), to be in the campground or on the drawing grounds at any time. NO exceptions!
• Only 10,000 tickets sold for this event. One 4-digit number per ticket; tickets numbered 0000 through 9999. Only one name per ticket. Mr. or Mrs. is acceptable;
but, multiple names per ticket are not permitted, as only one person can claim prize.
• Drawing subject to sale of 8,500 tickets. If the drawing is not held, ticket price will be returned to the ticket holder.
• Unsold tickets become the property of Ellenboro Volunteer Fire Department (hereafter shown as EVFD). However, providing the event is held, ALL listed prizes
will be given away.
• EVFD officials and their household family members are not eligible for this drawing.
• NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. If a winner is not present (pertains only to Noon through 7 PM prizes listed on 2024 flyer), they will be notified as to how
and/or where to claim the prize. All prizes must be claimed within 15 days of the drawings; including any side raffles/drawings from the 2024 event. Ticket holder
is responsible for checking winning numbers for all side raffles/drawings. Winners are announced and posted on the drawing grounds throughout the day of the
event; as well as periodically uploaded to our website (subject to stable Internet service). In any case, the Winner’s List will be on our website within a few days
following the 2024 event. Extra prizes and 50/50 winners, sold separately on the day of the event, will be drawn at approximately 6 PM on that day, July 27, 2024.
• Vehicle state sales tax, transfers and registration will be paid by EVFD; for listed prizes only (not applicable to Summer Bash extra prize drawings on the day of
the Summer Bash). Some prizes will be available on the day of the drawing.
• Some prizes may require payment of Federal Taxes before the receipt of the prize. This will be the responsibility of the winner. ONLY the ticket holder whose
name is on a winning ticket may claim the applicable prize.
• The holder of any Summer Bash ticket whose last 3 ticket numbers match the West Virginia Daily 3 Lottery numbers for 7:00 PM, Saturday, July 27, 2024, will
win $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars); a total of ten winners. For example, if the WV Daily 3 numbers for that day are 1-2-3; tickets 0123, 1123, 2123 and so on,
will be winning tickets.
• The 7:00 PM Grand Prize winner will be the holder of the 2024 ticket whose ticket number EXACTLY matches the West Virginia Daily 4 Lottery number for 7:00
PM, Saturday, July 27, 2024. The 7:00 PM Grand Prize winner will win $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars). If this number (also pertains to the Daily
3 drawing) happens to be an unsold OR unreturned ticket, another number will be drawn until a “sold” ticket is drawn.
• All tickets are sealed. Mail orders are randomly drawn while at least two (2) EVFD personnel are present. EXCEPT for tickets purchased through an outside
SELLER (SELLERS return stubs and payments to us), it is the Buyer’s Responsibility to return the original, bottom stub portion of the entry ticket to EVFD. Without
the stub, we have no way of knowing your number. It is VERY IMPORTANT that completed, bottom ticket stubs are returned to EVFD as quickly as possible; the
earlier the better. In any case, all 2024 ticket stubs must be returned to EVFD by SATURDAY June 1, 2024 in order to guarantee eligibility for the July 2024
drawings. When requested (per your 2024 order information), EVFD will open your ticket(s) and fill out the bottom stub portion(s) for you. In that case, you do not
need to return anything to us upon receiving your order. Do not return the black & white copy we send to show you how your stub was completed; that is for your
records only. EVFD reserves the right to complete your ticket stub if your order information is unclear (this also pertains to online orders). In this case, if necessary,
please write or email EVFD to correct any ticket stub information. Change requests should be in writing, not by telephone.
• EVFD reserves the right to go to a back-up system and use whatever measures to complete this drawing and give away every prize.
• EVFD is not responsible for misprints on the tickets, flyers, website or Facebook.
• In the unforeseen event a prize cannot be obtained, cash of equal value of the dealer’s quoted price will be issued for that prize.
• In the unforeseen event that two ticket numbers are identical, the first entrant entered will supersede the duplicate. In that case, we would issue another ticket
to the second entrant, or refund their money.
• All gun winners must contact & claim their prize at Dodd’s Sporting Goods, 103 North Maple Street, Ellenboro, WV, 26346, (304) 869-3200. All gun winners will
be subject to a background check. Calibers range from 22-250 to 7mm. Gun winners may elect to receive cash of equal value, this pertains to Main Ticket Prizes
only. Check local laws to determine prize or cash of equal value.
• All other winners contact Cokeley & Associates, P O Box 240, Harrisville, WV, 26362, (304) 643-2300, to provide the appropriate information needed in order to
claim their prize. The winner’s valid Social Security Number is required by law to claim prizes.
• Only $100.00 - 2024 Summer Bash ticket holders and EVFD personnel, are permitted to attend Friday night’s entertainment.
• Each Summer Bash ticket holder is allowed ONE (1) PAID guest per ticket held. Guest payment is $40.00 and to be paid at the gate upon entry to the event.
NOTE: Guest price does not apply to Friday night’s entertainment - it ONLY applies to camping with the ticket holder and entry and meals on the day of the Summer
Bash drawings. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to be anywhere on the grounds at any time. DO NOT send the $40.00 guest payment with ticket payment,
as it will be returned to the buyer, which will delay order processing. These rules also apply to ticket holders who camp at the Summer Bash; ONLY the ticket holder
& one paid guest per ticket held may camp at the Summer Bash after paying the $40.00 guest payment upon entry. Gates open on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, no
earlier than 6 AM! Guest payments will be processed before entering the speedway grounds, so please make sure original, top portion(s) of ticket(s) are ready to
be presented at the gate upon arrival. No entrance to the grounds until the Wednesday morning prior to the Summer Bash, except for EVFD personnel. This will
be strictly enforced.
• Upon providing a self-addressed, stamped envelope, a ticket holder will be mailed a list of winner‘s names & winning ticket numbers. If you email us at
[email protected] with your correct email address, a link to the winners’ list will be emailed to you a few days following the 2024 Summer Bash. Please
contact us if you do not receive the email, as we end up with a backlog of email addresses to enter following the event. We only use personal information and/or
email addresses for information relating to EVFD Summer Bash drawings. If you wish to receive email from us, please make sure we have a current email address
& you have added [email protected] to your email address book. We receive many “bounced” emails due to misspellings, over quota or because we’re not
recognized as a valid contact in your address book.
• NO Glass Containers Allowed! NO Loud Music After Midnight! NO CHILDREN (including INFANTS), NO ATVs or Golf Carts, NO Whistles, NO Bells, NO Air
Horns, etc.!
• All campers must be off the premises by 10:00 AM on Sunday, July 28, 2024. No exceptions, except for EVFD personnel.
• Credit/Debit Card orders to initiate ONLY on our website, https://www.ellenborosummerbash.com/. All credit/debit card orders (and mail in orders) are from tickets
sold at the EVFD, not through any outside “Seller”. No Telephone Orders Accepted!
• DRUGS STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Please report illegal activity to available on-site Law Enforcement or EVFD Personnel.
• Neither EVFD nor any other person, organization or business sponsoring or participating in the Summer Bash, assumes any liability for any claims for injury or
other damages arising out of the possession of any firearms, ATVs, motorcycles or vehicles obtained through EVFD’s event tickets; and by accepting these event
tickets, the holder acknowledges that limitation on liability.
• One week prior to each EARLY BIRD drawing (and two weeks prior to the 2024 SUMMER BASH), unless “specifically instructed” to send sealed tickets, we will
open your ticket(s) at EVFD and fill out your 2024 Summer Bash ticket stub(s) in order to ensure those tickets will be entered for those early drawings. Otherwise,
there may not be enough time to return stub(s) to us by the specified cut-off date and time. So, please make sure we have the correct ticket holder’s information
for each stub when placing your order.
• ALL pets must be kept on a leash! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS on the entertainment/drawing grounds at any time. Pets are strictly the responsibility of their
owner(s). Pet owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
• Camping & parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are some water and electrical hook-ups available; no sewage and no bath/shower
houses. Porta johns will be spaced throughout the grounds. If you obtain an electrical campsite, each camper is allowed ONE (1) 30-Amp hook-up. ABSOLUTELY
NO hard wiring into electrical boxes! PER THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT, ALL campers using water hook-ups must have water, back flow preventers.
• Some covered seating is available, but it is a good idea to bring a lawn chair, especially for the entertainment.

Home of the Summer Bash
Both Ellenboro (fire department location) and Pennsboro (Summer Bash location) are approximately halfway
between Parkersburg, WV, and the Bridgeport/Clarksburg, WV, area on US Route 50. If you are arriving from
the Bridgeport/Clarksburg area (travel West on US Route 50) you will reach Pennsboro before Ellenboro & there
will be two Pennsboro exits. The second Pennsboro exit is the Speedway exit. This is a right turn off 50, and
the exit winds down around the Speedway which will be to your right. If you are arriving from the Parkersburg
area (travel East on US Route 50) you will pass Ellenboro first. The Speedway exit is the first Pennsboro exit,
not to be confused with Pennsboro Industrial Park. This is a left turn off 50, and the exit winds down around the
Speedway which will be to your right. (Speedway address = 79 Raceway, Pennsboro, WV 26415).
