Meal Plan Terms and Conditions
2023-2024
I. Mandatory:
A meal plan is required for all students housed in the University’s residence halls. The meal plan is charged to your
student account and automatically loaded to your ID Card. The same plan will be AUTOMATICALLY RELOADED from
the fall to the spring term, unless you submit a request to change your plan between semesters. If a required
student does not select a meal plan, the default plan will be the 7/14 Premium.
II. Service Periods:
Dining Services provides meals for meal plans for fall and spring semesters. Fall semester’s operational dates begin
with breakfast on August 25, 2023 and end with dinner on December 15, 2023. Spring semester’s operational
dates begin with breakfast on January 18, 2024 and end with dinner on May 10, 2024. Meals are not provided
during some holidays and break periods, including Thanksgiving, Spring Break, and Easter. Summer meal plans are
available during the FULL summer session.
III. Acceptance:
The following constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the meal plan:
A. Housing and meal plan online application or submission of meal plan request forms;
B. Initial payment of meal plan; or
C. Use of meal plan or dining dollar allotment loaded to your ID Card and at any food venue.
IV. Meal Plan Types and Functions:
A. Students in residence halls with less than 60 semester credit hours, may select from the 5 meal-plan types
listed below:
a. All Access Premium-unlimited meals-per-week in the dining halls coupled with $275 in dining dollars per
semester to spend in the various retail food concepts;
b. All Access-unlimited meals-per-week in the dining halls coupled with $50 in dining dollars per semester to spend
in the various retail food concepts;
c. 7 Day 14 Premium 14-meals-per-week in the dining halls coupled with $350 in dining dollars per semester to
spend in the various retail food concepts.
d. 7 Day 14-meals-per-week in the dining halls coupled with $125 in dining dollars per semester to spend in the
various retail food concepts; or
e. 7 Day 12-meals-per-week in the dining halls coupled with $200 in dining dollars per semester to spend in the
various retail food concepts.
B. Upper-level students with more than 60 semester credit hours living in the residence halls
a. 7 Day 7-meals-per-week meals-per-week in the dining halls coupled with $75 in dining dollars per semester to
spend in the various retail food concepts;
b. 50 Block Plan – 50 meals per semester in the dining halls coupled with $300 in dining dollars per semester to
spend in the various retail food concepts
C. Commuter Students (any class level), in addition to all plans listed above:
a. 7 Day 5-meals-per-week meals-per-week in the dining halls coupled with $100 in dining dollars per semester to
spend in the various retail food concepts;
b. 50 Block Plan – 50 meals per semester in the dining halls coupled with $100 in dining dollars per semester to
spend in the various retail food concepts
c. 25 Block Plan – 25 meals per semester in the dining halls coupled with $100 in dining dollars per semester to
spend in the various retail food concepts
d. $325 All Dining Dollar Plan –$325 in dining dollars per semester to spend in the various food concepts, including
the dining halls.
