Scheduling a Dial-A-Ride Trip
You may schedule a curb-to-curb trip on Dial-A-Ride by calling
1-800-431-9711, Monday through Sunday. You must call at
least a day in advance to assure service.

Catching a Ride
For your safety we recommend catching the bus at designated bus
stops. You may board or leave the bus at any point along the route
where the driver can make a safe stop. Wave or flag down the bus
at a safe pullout location. For your convenience, you may call a day
in advance to let us know you will be waiting for the bus somewhere
other than a bus stop.
Blended Paratransit
To provide reasonable accommodation, Americans Disability Act
(ADA)-eligible riders may request a route deviation pickup and/
or drop off if it is within ¾ mile of Routes 10 - 90. Reservations are
required and may be made the day previous to the day when service
is requested or up to fourteen (14) days in advance. Reservations
will be accepted the day of the trip, provided that there is room in
the day’s schedule to accommodate them. The ADA route deviation
fare is twice the regular fare. Curb-to-curb service is provided
unless a request is made for door-to-door service.
Transfers/Connections
You may connect with other transit services in the cities of Dinuba,
Porterville, Tulare, Visalia, Woodlake and Delano. Separate fares
are required to board those systems, with the following exceptions:
transfers to Visalia Transit Route 1 are free; transfers to TIME are
accepted on TCaT Routes 20 and 40; transfers to Porterville Transit
are accepted on Routes 40, 60, 70, 80 and 90. Transfers from other
agencies accepted with additional fee.

Para un Viaje Seguro
Recomendamos esperar el autobús en las paradas señaladas. Usted
puede subir o bajar del autobús en cualquier punto a lo largo de la ruta

Paratransito Mezclado
Para realizar acomodación razonable la Ley de Discapacidad Americana
(ADA)-pasajeros elegibles pueden solicitar una desviación de la ruta
fija y/o bajar si está dentro de ¾ de milla de las rutas 10 - 90. Se requiere
reservación y puede el día anterior del día en que se solicita el servicio o
hasta catorce (14) días de avancé. Se aceptará el día del viaje, siempre
que haya espacio en la agenda del día para acomodarlos. La tarifa
desviación de la ruta ADA es el doble de la tarifa normal. Se proporciona
servicio de acera a acera a menos que se realiza una solicitud para el

Transferencias/Conexiones

Tulare County. Fixed route service is offered every day. Demand-
response Dial-A-Ride service is offered Monday through Friday
(a one-day advanced reservation is required for rural Alpaugh,
Allensworth, Delft Colony, Dinuba, Cutler, East Orosi, Earlimart,
London, Monson, North Patterson Tract, Orosi, Pixley, Teviston,
Tipton, Traver, Richgrove, Seville, Sultana, Tooleville, Waukena
and Yettem).
