Beach Events feature family entertainment and festivals at the Virginia
Beach oceanfront, 425-3111, www.beachstreetusa.com.
Festevents is a non-profit organization that manages, for the City of
Norfolk, the production of year-round special events and programs
on the downtown Norfolk waterfront. Many of the festivals and
entertainment are free and open to the public. Events are usually
held at Town Point Park, and yearly schedules are available from the
Festevents Office, 441-2345.

Tidewater Winds Summer Band Concerts (free). For more information

Virginia Beach Annual Neptune Festival at the oceanfront features an
air show (held earlier in September at NAS Oceana), entertainment,
a parade and fireworks the last week in September. For more
