Business Policies
When you upload listings to eBay, you need to present your customers with details about payment,
shipping and returns policies.
Shipping Policy defining what the offered handling times and shipping options are, including costs.
Payment Policy defining what types of payment options are available to your buyers, e.g. PayPal.
Returns Policy defining returns options, time-tables and costs available for the buyers.
In order to ease the process for the sellers, eBay enables setting different business policies and
implementing them according to the type of product you are selling, easily and quickly.
If you haven't tried yet, you can define business policies now through this link.

hearts;

PayPal, and other locally accepted payment methods depending on the listing site.* They can also save
and store their card information for future use. Their experience is similar to that of other online retailers.

Returns Policy
It is recommended that you offer as generous a returns policy as possible, while specifying the following
criteria:
Choose the return time-frame: 30 or 60 days;
Indicate the type of return: Exchange for a different product or a refund;
Who is responsible for the returns shipping cost, you or the customer?
Shipping Rate Table
It is recommended to use the Rate Table when:
When you want to take into account the volume and weight of the item when shipping;
When you want to adapt the price and time for the shipping, to specific states in the USA.
Using the Rate Table, you can increase the chances for more exact shipping costs. In addition, you can set
the days that shipments are sent and the handling time during these day this way we can be more exact
and give the customers a better experience.
Handling Days
As a seller, it is recommended that you reduce Handling Days as much as possible,
for a number of reasons:
The fewer Handling Days that you offer, the seller will see fewer Estimated Delivery Days;
You will get preference over competitors in the search results;
A greater chance of appearing in the search, even when customers filter by Shipping Time.
Very important dont reduce Handling Days if you cannot meet them!
Conclusion reduce Handling Days as much as possible, and be as exact as possible.
