At Boot Barn, we are committed to practicing ethical and responsible conduct in our global operations in efforts
to support and preserve all human rights. In addition to the Code of Business Conducts and Ethics Policy, this
Human Rights Policy guides our Board of Directors, Officers, and each of our partners (employees) to work
ethically and transparently while conducting business with or for Boot Barn.
We recognize the impact we pose on the human rights of our partners, customers, business partners (suppliers),
and the communities in which we serve.

importance of upholding the standards outlined in the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and here in
the Human Rights Policy.
Boot Barn is an equal opportunity employer devoted to one of our core values which is Community. Boot Barn
embodies the western spirit and is committed to having a diverse and inclusive experience for partners, business
partners, customers, and communities. Boot Barn does not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender,

performed by these partners to ensure their continued health, safety, mental development, education, and
morals. We maintain data on the age of all partners and conduct regular auditing to ensure all rules and
regulations are being met.

Boot Barn does not condone any form of forced labor or slavery. Each partner is treated with the utmost respect
and are at no point compelled to perform work which will violate their human rights. We work with our business
partners to ensure these practices are upheld to the highest standards and with no exception.

wage and benefit requirements outlined by local laws. We expect that our business partners comply with all
