BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES
Dr. Ng is an Associate Professor in Department of Civil Engineering, The University of Hong
Kong. He worked in the construction industry for more than ten years and participated in a
number of prestigious construction and civil engineering schemes before his academic career.
His research interests include contractor and consultant selection, delays mitigation, time/cost
relationship, accuracy of cost estimation, and the application of information technology in
construction management and economics. He serves as a member of Editorial Board for
Construction Innovations – Information, Process, Management.
