Unlimited entry to the parks except on block out dates.
Tickets are non-transferable. Tickets must be used by same person all days.
The Military Promotional Tickets also includes admission to select live entertainment venues of Universal CityWalk
which commences the first day any portion of the ticket is used from now through December 20, 2024
The 2024 Military Freedom Pass tickets must be presented and exchanged at the Front Gate Ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination
Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resort Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels for validation.

THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES MUST BE FOLLOWED TO EXCHANGE THE PROMOTIONAL TICKETS:
Eligible: *Service Members active or retired of all branches of the U.S. Military, including National Guard, Reservists, and/or
their spouses. *100% Disabled Veterans and their spouses with a Deers issued ID card *Department of Defense civilian
personnel with a CAC card.
Not Eligible: *Child Dependents-no maer their age even if they have a military ID *Divorced spouses *Foreign Aliliates
*DOD Civilian retired *Contractors *Any veteran that is NOT 100% Disabled with an ID card
• An eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID must be present to conduct the ticket exchange for their entire party at the theme park
front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resort Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels.
• Each eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID can exchange a MAXIMUM of 6 promotional tickets & one must be in their name
unless they have an annual universal pass at the front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk
within UO Resort Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels.
2024 Military Freedom Pass tickets are available for purchase at authorized Military Ticket & Travel oices.
They are NOT available for sale at the Universal Orlando Front gate or online.
